Sipari\u015f i\u00e7in \u00f6deme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren M\u00fc\u015fterinin Hizmetin Sat\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti\u011fi, Sat\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan dijital i\u00e7eri\u011fe (Ki\u015filik Testinin sonucu) eri\u015fece\u011fi ve bu nedenle M\u00fc\u015fterinin cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanma hakk\u0131ndan feragat etti\u011fi konusunda bilgilendirildiklerini kabul ederler.<\/p>\n
6.2 Abonelik i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli h\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/strong><\/p>\nB\u00f6l\u00fcm 113.2 uyar\u0131nca, M\u00fc\u015fteri, karar\u0131n\u0131 gerek\u00e7elendirmek veya B\u00f6l\u00fcm 112.2.d'de belirtilenler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir maliyete katlanmak zorunda kalmadan dijital hizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinden cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanmak i\u00e7in on d\u00f6rt g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir s\u00fcreye sahiptir.<\/p>\n
Ancak, M\u00fc\u015fteri Aboneli\u011finin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak (ilk Ki\u015filik Testine ek olarak) en az bir (1) Ki\u015filik Testi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmez, cayma hakk\u0131ndan feragat eder.<\/p>\n
Cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu durumlarda, M\u00fc\u015fterinin, her ne sebeple olursa olsun, sipari\u015finin geri \u00f6demesini almak i\u00e7in cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kendisine ula\u015fmas\u0131ndan itibaren on d\u00f6rt (14) g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir s\u00fcresi vard\u0131r.
